Reporting to the General Manager, you play a support role for the Operational Committee as well as for their respective teams. You will be responsible for advising and guiding managers as well as implementing human resources management policies and practices aligned with company strategies.

 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Establishing interpersonal and professional relationships with management, managers and employees.
  • Oversee and coordinate activities related to staffing as well as the onboarding process.
  • Guide and support the Operational Committee in terms of change management, appreciation of collaboration, application of HR policies, attraction and retention.
  • Act as a resource person for all employees.
  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies and tools.

Ensure, with the complicity of managers, the planning of human resources to achieve the objectives of the company.

  • Be responsible for the training, health and safety programs.

Develop action plans

  • Consult and guide managers in the management of conflicting or disciplinary situations.

 

Ensure the operational aspect of human resources management:

 o Social benefits

 o Workforce planning

 o Performance indicators

 o Recordkeeping

 o All other administrative aspects.

 

 Requirements:

  • Must have a university degree in human resources management or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Be customer-oriented.
  • Be skilled with Office Suite as well as with social networks.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be bilingual.
